High School Day
High school days are special, filled with laughter, friendships, and unforgettable moments. This year, our beloved school, ISNHS, celebrated its 122nd High School Day with joy and excitement. It was a day filled with parades, dances, and music, bringing together students from grades 7 to 10 for a day to remember.
The festivities began with a lively parade through the streets of Vigan. Decked out in our school colors, we marched proudly, waving banners and cheering along the way. It was my first time joining the parade, and the experience was exhilarating. Walking alongside my friends, I felt a sense of belonging and pride in representing our school.
Back at school, the celebrations continued with dance performances from students in grades 7 to 10. From graceful routines to energetic dances, the atmosphere was electric. It was my first and last time participating in this event, as next year I'll be moving on to grade 11. So, every moment felt extra special, and I gave it my all on the dance floor, savoring the fun with my classmates.
In the afternoon, we attended a concert for a cause, where we danced and sang along to our favorite songs. Being with my close friends, whom I've known since grade 9, made the experience even more enjoyable. We laughed, sang, and created memories that will last a lifetime. It was a perfect way to end the day, knowing that we were supporting a good cause while having a blast together.
As the celebrations came to an end, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the wonderful day we had shared. High School Day at ISNHS brought us closer as a school community, reminding us of the bonds we've formed and the memories we've created together. Though my high school journey may be coming to an end soon, I'll always treasure the moments we shared on this special day.
