Children's Month

Image
Children's Month is a special time of the year when we come together to celebrate the joys and wonders of childhood. It's a time to recognize the importance of children in our lives and in our communities. During this month, we honor their rights, their voices, and their unique perspectives. One of the reasons why Children's Month is so important is because it reminds us of the importance of childhood itself. Childhood is a time of innocence, curiosity, and boundless imagination. It's a time when children are free to explore the world around them, to learn new things, and to develop their own personalities. But childhood is also a time of vulnerability. Children rely on adults to protect them, to provide for them, and to nurture them. That's why it's crucial for us to take this time to reflect on how we can better support and care for our children. During Children's Month, we also celebrate the rights of children. Every child has the right to education,...

In addition to riding thrilling rides like the Viking ship and riding high on the Ferris wheel, you could also play frisbee with your buddies. Another exciting thing at the Vigan Feast is the parade. 2nd Quarter Journey

Image
This quarter, I've been learning a lot about HTML tags, elements, formatting, fonts, you name it. It's been tough trying to remember all the coding, but I can see myself getting better. Working together with others has made things go faster. Quarterly exam was a big deal for me. Despite the challenges, I did it, and I'm proud of myself. It taught me to keep pushing, even when things are tough. Understanding HTML tags has been a struggle, but I'm making progress. I'm determined to keep getting better next quarter. I've set some goals for myself, like managing my time better and participating more in class. I know it'll take hard work, but I'm up for the challenge. I'm grateful for the support of my friends and classmates. Whenever I'm stuck, they're always there to lend a hand. Their help has been invaluable. Jose Rizal: A Catalyst for Social Change in the Philippines

Image
Jose Rizal, often hailed as the "face of the Philippines," made numerous contributions to Philippine society, but perhaps his greatest was his advocacy for education and national identity. Rizal believed that education was the key to liberation and progress. He advocated for the establishment of schools accessible to all Filipinos, regardless of social status or gender. Rizal himself was a prolific writer and intellectual who used his pen to inspire his fellow Filipinos to strive for freedom from oppression. Through his writings, such as his novels "Noli Me Tangere" and "El Filibusterismo," Rizal exposed the injustices and abuses of the Spanish colonial government and the friars. He awakened the national consciousness and instilled a sense of pride and dignity among Filipinos. Rizal's call for unity and resistance against oppression resonated deeply with his compatriots and fueled the flames of revolution. Rizal's death made Filipinos even more d...

Image
As a daughter, sister, and friend, the phrase "New Year, New Me" fills my heart with excitement and hope. It's like a promise of fresh beginnings, bringing new things and holding on to cherished memories. I believe the best is still waiting for us. Being a daughter means being part of a special family bond. As the new year arrives, I feel a sense of optimism, thinking about the wonderful moments we'll share and the chance to create even more beautiful memories with my family. It's like turning a page to a story that's yet to unfold. Being a sister adds another layer of joy.  I look forward to new adventures with my siblings, finding ways to support each other and create a stronger bond. The new year is an opportunity to be there for them, share laughter, and be a part of their growth journey. Being a friend holds its own magic. The new year brings the promise of new experiences together, maybe new inside jokes, shared adventures, or simply being there for eac...
